Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation with Bram Levinson
Saturday, March 20th, 2021, 2:00 - 4:00pm
Mindfulness and meditation have historically been very helpful in managing all the ups and downs that life has in store for us all, but in times of instability and uncertainty, these two practices are the distinguishing factors between feeling helpless and hopeless versus confident and equipped, come what may. Join Bram Levinson for this first-ever workshop in which we will explore various mindfulness and meditation practices to discover what resonates and what can potentially become an ongoing practice in your daily life.
Bram Levinson is an author (The Examined Life, A Year in the Light), podcaster (The Examined Life with Bram Levinson), yoga & meditation teacher, blogger and mentor. Based in Montreal, he offers alternative approaches to physical, mental and emotional well-being, promoting healing and spiritual understanding of who we are, why we are here and what this life journey is really all about through group and private classes as well as mentoring sessions, workshops and yoga vacations. He has been on the faculties of multiple conferences, festivals and teacher trainings, and travels throughout the year to bring his teachings to students and teachers around the world.
