Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation with Bram Levinson
Saturday, March 20th, 2021, 2:00 - 4:00pm

Mindfulness and meditation have historically been very helpful in managing all the ups and downs that life has in store for us all, but in times of instability and uncertainty, these two practices are the distinguishing factors between feeling helpless and hopeless versus confident and equipped, come what may. Join Bram Levinson for this first-ever workshop in which we will explore various mindfulness and meditation practices to discover what resonates and what can potentially become an ongoing practice in your daily life.

This was a class that was very touching and enlightening. A lot was learned about how to control our minds and reduce overthinking. The interaction and questions that were shared made it more interesting as we all got to release tension and share our struggles, it was very therapeutic. Left the class feeling light and on a path for healing. Would love to have more of these!
