New Year’s Master Class with Jennifer Maagendans
Tuesday, January 1st, 2020, 2:30-5:00pm
Begin this new year by taking the time to reflect on the experiences and teachings the past year has brought you and setting clear, meaningful and purposeful intentions for the year ahead. Join Jennifer for a 2.5-hour masterclass that includes a lecture on goal-setting, a section of meditation and journaling, and a detoxifying yoga practice.
*Please bring a pen/pencil and notebook/paper to the workshop.
**A portion of the funds will go towards planting trees for Le Verger de Hudson.
We created a master class series of workshops for you to delve deeper into the practices of yoga, have more time to integrate and digest the teachings and give you a glimpse into how these aspects relate to other areas of your life.
