Prenatal Yoga with Léa Perret: 4 Week Session
Are you pregnant and looking for more movement, relaxation, and connection with other pregnant persons? You’re in luck!
We will be offering a 4-week prenatal yoga session with Léa Perret starting in September in our wonderful space here at Luna Yoga.
Each class is a one-hour session. We’ll begin by checking in with one another, you can share how you’re feeling that particular day/week and mention any specific movements you’d like to do or not do. We’ll continue with a gentle flow tailored to the needs of the group, and end with a relaxation meditation.
We hope you will join our circle of mothers and moms-to-be where we’ll share our pregnancy journeys, move together, and support each other through this important life event.
Afraid to miss a class? Or would like to do more yoga? Each class will be recorded and you will have access to all the classes until 1 month after the session ends.

Lea is a PhD student in Mental Health Research at McGill University. She discovered yoga in Thailand during her undergraduate studies and first enjoyed it as a form of physical exercise to build strength and flexibility to further her running skills. She soon discovered the benefits of cultivating mindfulness “on and off the mat” through meditation and her yoga practice. In 2016, after practicing yoga for 8 years she completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Luna Yoga. She enjoys teaching yoga flow both in studio and in community settings. She has also taught various age groups while always taking a similar teaching approach using openness, a lighthearted mood, and mindfulness.
