Get your hips ready for the holiday parties and so you can bust your best moves!
In this Yoga Tune Up® workshop we will explore our hip mobility trough therapeutic ball rolling, stretching and strengthening exercises to restore motion and length to the entire hip joint.
Whether you have lower-back pain, sit for long hours, run or cycle this workshop will help you reduce pain, improve posture and increase performance (range of movement).
You will leave with a new found understanding of how your hips relate to you entire body and how they can support you in enjoying activities you love off the mat.
