Restore Your Hips with Juan Pablo

Are your hips stiff from sitting for several hours a day (especially these days)? Us too! Learn some self-massage techniques that can release some of that tension and leave you feeling more mobile and at ease.
In this Yoga Tune Up® workshop we will explore our hip mobility through therapeutic ball rolling, stretching and strengthening exercises to restore motion and length to the entire hip joint.
Whether you have lower-back pain, sit for long hours, run or cycle this workshop will help you reduce pain, improve posture and increase performance (range of movement).
You will leave with a new found understanding of how your hips relate to you entire body and how they can support you in enjoying activities you love off the mat.
Required material:
1 Strap (can be substituted by a scarf)
2 Blocks (can be substituted by books and a small bench/chair)
1 Blanket or towel
1 Pair of YTU Classic Therapy Balls (can be substituted by 2 tennis balls)

Space:
Make sure you have a little bit of space to move, some exercises will be done off mat.
If you're on a carpet, you'll need 2 plastic bags to slide
