As we embark on our future selves, we are inspired to be warriors, as we fight through adversity + struggle, we can transform. We are ready to renew, release, and let go. Let’s make a space for joy, growth and a brand new outlook to take off the mat and into our daily lives

Each week in class we’ll focus on a different theme:

Week 1: Roots + Wings — Ready to balance, ground (roots) + expand (wings) our bodies + minds.
Week 2: Planks + Ties — Strengthen our cores with a week of abdominals + twists.
Week 3: Dolphins + Crows — Elbows up! It’s time to get ready for spring
Week 4: Upside Down Wonders — Ready to see things in a whole new light? Sometimes we have to go upside down to get things right!

Join us every month for Luna Lounge, a playful + explorative yoga practice to showcase the many aspects + techniques of yoga. Move with joy + permit yourself to play as members of our faculty spotlight poses, new practices and help you progress on your mat!

April Focus: Core Connection

Do you truly know how to connect to your core (or really understand what that even means?!)

In this Luna Lounge, there will be a brief lecture on the core system (diaphragm, abdominal muscles and pelvic floor) and how it all works together during a movement practice like yoga!

Starting with the breath as a tool to understand and engage the deep core, we will than continue with our yoga practice focused on core connection and strengthening.
