PURCHASE POLICY

All services purchased from Luna Yoga must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a Contact Information form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Luna Yoga, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

Cancellation Policies

Memberships: All cancellation requests must be made more than 1 week before your next billing date.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made after your billing date.

Classes: You may cancel up to 6 hours before class begins. Due to the reduced capacity of the in-studio classes at this time there is a late cancel/no show fee of $10. Note that all class and package purchases are non-refundable.

Workshops: Once one registers for a workshop, their space is reserved. To cancel, the workshop the participant must contact the studio (by phone, email to info@lunayoga.ca, or in person) 48 hours or more before the workshop. No credits will be issued within 48 hours of a workshop. If Luna Yoga cancels a workshop the workshop participant may choose a refund or account credit.

**Guest Teacher Policy; non-refundable 1 month prior to training

Teacher Training: No refunds will be issued on teacher training payments. Attendance is mandatory for all weekends. Missed training weekends may be credited towards future Luna Yoga teacher trainings, but solely for those weekends that cover the missed subjects and classes. All weekends must be completed within 2 years time.

Retreats: No refunds will be issued on deposits. No refunds for the balance will be issued unless the canceling person's space can be filled with someone from the waiting list. If the space is not filled from the waiting list, a credit toward future Luna Yoga offerings will be issued only if the cancellation is received 60 days prior to the retreat. No credits or refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within 60 days of the event. If we must cancel due to insufficient enrollment, the deposit and paid balance will be refunded fully.

Studio Rental: A refund on the rental fee will be issued only if we receive notice within 48 hours (2 days) of the need to cancel, minus a $20 administrative fee. A credit of the deposit toward classes or workshops will be issued only if the cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the event, minus a $20 administrative fee. No credits or refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within 48 hours of the event.

Private Sessions: Your session time and the teacher's time is reserved for you. If a private session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session, the fee will be charged in full.
