- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup raw sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- a dash of nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup apple, diced
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
