We call our annual Yoga & Surf Retreat a “getaway”; not in the sense of avoiding something you don’t want to deal with, but in the sense of finding a safe space, with a group of like-minded individuals, all seeking to reflect, refresh and reconnect.
Our refuge for the week is the beautiful grounds of the Coco Loco Eco-Resort, where we’ll be surrounded by the sounds of nature and the rolling waves of the ocean meeting the shore. It’s a perfect little oasis, a place to cocoon; to turn inwards and introspect. Far away from any city noise or bustle, there are several spots you can settle in to meditate, read or journal.
Every yoga class will have a theme that we invite you to contemplate and reflect upon throughout the day. There are also optional activities that give participants the opportunity to do something out of their comfort zone and connect with nature.
Here is a sample schedule of what to expect for the week:
If this sounds enticing to you, we would love for you to join us! Give yourself the gift of a retreat; a little sanctuary by the sea where, alongside a supportive, caring community, you can dive deeper within.
