Holiday Challenge

In all the frenzy of the holiday season, along with the added stress this particular year brings, it can be easy to forget about prioritizing our own self-care. But as we all know, in order to be able to take care of others, we need to make sure we take care of ourselves too!
We invite you to take part in our Holiday Challenge, as we encourage you to move, stretch, release, de-stress and restore. Join a caring community of yogis as we support each other in reconnecting to our inner peace.
week 1: Motivate yourself to get moving! We know this is the biggest challenge, and even more so this year. Get on your mat and make time for some movement. Even just a few minutes of practice can uplift your mood!
week 2: Stretch it out, especially those shoulders & hamstrings. Once you’ve gotten moving, it’s the perfect time to get in a good stretch! We are all sitting hunched over a computer for longer hours these days, so it’s important to give our tight muscles a chance to release.
week 3: Hip openers for tension relief. Our hips can really build up a lot of tension, particularly when we don’t take the time to make sure to maintain their full range of mobility. Tight hips can also be the cause of back pain, so release those hips and let all that tension go!
