New Year’s Master Class with Jennifer Maagendans
Saturday, January 1st, 2022, 2:30-4:30pm (livestream)
After the year we’ve all had, we’re all looking forward to a fresh start! Begin this new year by taking the time to reflect on the challenges, experiences and teachings the past year has brought you and setting clear, meaningful and purposeful intentions for the year ahead. Join Jennifer for a 2-hour masterclass that includes a lecture on goal-setting, a section of meditation and journaling, and a detoxifying yoga practice.
*Set up a clear practice space, free of distractions if possible. Light a candle, grab a cushion and/or blanket, make it inviting and calming.
*Layer up in your coziest clothes, with your yoga practice clothes underneath.
*Have a pen/pencil and notebook/paper handy for the goal-setting/journalling portion. If you’re a creative type who likes colours and drawings you can even grab some colourful pens, crayons or markers if you like.
