Spring Challenge
Wednesday April 1st - Thursday April 30th, 2020
Spring is finally here and it’s the perfect time to make space, start fresh, and create new, positive habits. In these times it’s especially important to exercise, stay active and to join together in community to remember that we’re all in this together. During all of this social distancing it’s normal to feel alone, so it’s especially important to come together to share our yoga practice as a reminder that we are all one. Join us for our Spring Challenge this April!
Each week in class we’ll focus on a different theme:
Week 1: Abdominals and Twists -- Wring out and let go any tension, anxiety or fear. Allow yourself to release negativity and reconnect to a space of inner peace.
Week 2: Pranayama -- Get back in touch with your breath and open up space for gratitude; remembering to be thankful for your healthy body and mind.
Week 3: Balancing -- Maintain your stability during a time of shift and change. Allow your practice to keep you happy, healthy and grounded.
Week 4: Heart Opening -- Welcome the warmth with an open heart, springing to life, ready for a new season and a fresh start.
Week 5: Inversions -- When the world feels upside down, turn yourself around and shift your perspective.
Prizes will be awarded for class attendance at the end of the month!
