Our Yin Yoga teacher training will delve deep into to the unique Yin approach and teach you how to lead others responsibly.. Whether you are new to Yin yoga or building on foundational knowledge, you will gain valuable information on this quietly passive yet profoundly challenging practice. Together, we will explore the history, philosophy, principles and many benefits of Yin yoga while uncovering its unique impact on the body. As you explore longer held poses designed to target the deepest tissues of the body: our ligaments, joints, bones and deep fascia networks, you will be introduced to mindfulness techniques that will help to balance body and mind.

Friday 1:30-5pm = 3.5 hours (in-studio)
Friday 7-9:30pm = 2.5 hours (in-studio)
Sat/Sun 1-8pm = 7 x 2 = 14 hours (in-studio)
