Jennifer began practicing yoga in 2007 and contemplating becoming a teacher in 2010, the result of a mom’s need to relax, unwind and take some time for herself. While always an avid fitness enthusiast and runner, yoga was something new and different to experience...and the start of a wondrous journey she could’ve never envisioned.
Better than any workout, yoga changed Jennifer’s approach to life, bringing meaning and calm to her modern, hectic every day. Seeing how positive the impact of yoga can be, Jennifer changed her focus from merely practicing to enthusiastically sharing it with others. Taking steps that would lead her to graduating from Luna 250-hour YTT in Feb 2017, Jennifer now helps others reap the same benefits she did...and still does!
A trained musical theatre performer, singer and voice work actor, Jennifer brings a fun loving, upbeat positivity to her classes, which blends harmoniously with her deep love for music. The result? Her classes embrace a dynamic, yet grounding, practice, that she hopes will leave students feeling energized, focused and feeling good...about themselves, and about the world around them.
