Introduction to Meditation with Ro: 4-Week Series
Thursday, August 8 to September 5
Each 60-minute session with Ro will begin with a basic meditation as well as a guided practice on a different topic each week. We take the time to discuss the different aspects of meditation and answer your questions to assist you in your meditation journey.
What is mindfulness?
How can it be beneficial in our daily lives?
What are the most common misconceptions?
What are the ways to support our practice and build a community?
Together, with a sense of curiosity and care, we will explore what it means to be mindful in our current times.
Dates: August 8, 15, 29 and September 5.
Time: 4:30pm to 5:30pm
